First thing’s first… Happy New Year!!! (One week later.)
Like me, many of you are still recouping from the holiday season and getting back into the swing of your normal routines. And unlike me, many of you are kicking off 2015 the right way, by finally making good use of your overpriced, underutilized gym memberships. (Note to self: cancel Lifetime gym membership on Monday.)
And, of course, one cannot forget the infamous New Year’s Resolution (which ties back to my previous gym comment). I’ve never been big on making resolutions, but I know many people are; mainly because every year, at least ten people ask me, “Do you have any New Year’s resolutions?” And each time I’m asked this question, I cringe.
